The client was a famous bank in the United States who was looking for a centralized platform where they can offer new products and services to their customers based on their borrowing history. Client also looking to include a single view of all the documents submitted by the client for a loan. Technology Mindz created a centralized solution with the help of Salesforce where all the required details can be managed.

Bank usually needs to inform the customers about the services, new offers, and updates. This must need a centralized and single system but the client was using 4 different systems that were not feasible for the organization. Bank was looking for a centralized solution from where the information can be circulated to the customers and the documents can also manage.
